Paul Butler and Austin Bello of Automated insights will discuss how natural language generation (NLG) can solve common communication issues that arise around dashboards. Benjamin Langis is a Senior Vice President at State Street Bank, leading multiple global teams within the Global Delivery organization including the company’s Client Intelligence and Continuous Improvement teams. These teams focus on using predictive and advanced analytics to drive client delivery and improving operational processes. He is actively involved in State Street’s diversity programs having served as the Co-Chair of State Street’s Military Veteran Network.
Prior to State Street Corporation, Benjamin was a management consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton where he focused on corporate strategy work, quantitative modeling and valuations. Previous to Booz, he worked for a boutique investment bank doing mergers and acquisitions and served five years in the U.S. Navy in the submarine force.
Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University where he was selected as a Bryce Harlow Fellow.
Chris Siclari is a Vice President at State Street and leads the global Client Intelligence team within Client Delivery Management. This team is focused on producing insightful trends and advanced analysis to understand the client experience as well as identifying opportunities for driving continuous improvement in State Street’s delivery of products and services. Prior to this role, Chris has provided leadership for multiple business intelligence and data strategy initiatives across other business areas and corporate functions within State Street.
